*Where/How do I order?
The $50 worth of participating items must be purchased online either: on SamsClub.com, using Club Pickup, or using the Scan & Go app, between 09/15/18 and 10/24/18 by 11:59pm Eastern Time. Purchases made in-club at the register do not qualify. Limit one submissions per household. The necessary purchase requirements must occur in a single transaction.

How do I submit to the program?
Scan & Go
To get to your Scan & Go receipt, open the app, click the three lines in the top left corner, click receipts, and click on the date of your purchase. Once the digital receipt is pulled up, click the box/up arrow in the top right to send it. Select the "Mail" option, and send your receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org. Whatever email you forward the receipt from will be the one that receives any email responses as well as your eGift card. Only receipts downloaded directly from the Scan & Go app will be accepted.
SamsClub.com - Ship to Home
After placing an order on SamsClub.com, you will need to wait for the email that confirms your items have shipped. Forward that order shipped confirmation email to email@example.com from your preferred email address. Whatever email you forward the receipt from will be the one that receives any email responses, as well as your eGift card. Please note that the email simply confirming your order will not work; you will need to wait for the email confirming shipment to submit.
If you place your order usinc Club Pickup, there are two options:
Prepaid Online - After ordering and paying online, forward your order confirmation email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Whatever email you forward the recipt from will be the one that receives any email responses as well as your eGift card.
Pay in-Club at Time of Pick Up - If you selected the option of paying at the time of picking up your order, please forward the confirmation email you received after you picked up your order to email@example.com.
How quickly can I expect my reward?
All submissions will be processed in about 2 business days. If you have not received a reply or reward in that time frame, be sure to check your SPAM folder! If you still cannot find it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you have concerns about your submission please reach out to email@example.com with your issue. Help inquiries will be processed and replied to within 2 business days. If you do not see a reply to your submission or your help inquiry within that time frame, please be sure to check your SPAM folder!
